Product Review: iForce Compete! with L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and L-Carnitine Fumarate

I tried a sample of this product this morning and I loved it! The next step for me is to order 3 months worth and see how it works. The taste was amazing! The second test for a sample (atleast for someone like me who's over 45) is that I didn't get "the runs". Very important.

The price is EXCELLENT! Don't think so? Compare it to the pricing of 2000mg of carnitine alone or compare it to any other intra-workout product and you will see what I mean.

Here's the highlights:

L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
While typically known as a fat burner, this form of carnitine has been shown to increase the number of androgen receptors in muscle, resulting in an increase in testosterone-binding.

L-Carnitine Fumarate
This form of carnitine is a ATP producing dynamo. It also is a fat burner, heart health support agent and is key in energy production.

Citrulline Malate
Citrulline malate (citrulline attached to malic acid) reduces fatigue, lactic acid, ammonia build up and significantly increases levels of ATP and creatine phosphate muscles.

Whey Protein Hydrolysate
This is the fastest digesting whey product. The amino acid peptide bonds have been broken enzymatically into shorter chains of aminos resulting is fast delivery of the amino acids to all of the organs and tissues of the body. The result is quick support of protein synthesis, cell volume, and muscle anabolism.

Electrolytes
You can workout hard if your muscles are cramping. This is prevented by proper electrolyte levels.

Rhodiola Rosea
This herb increases the body's resistance to a variety of stresses and helps prevent a drop in critical hormones such as testosterone, GH, insulin like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), dopamine, and thyroid hormone. The real payoff is that it can also blunt levels of the catabolic hormone cortisol.

Vinpocetine
Vinpocetine delivers more blood to your brain and your muscles resulting in higher energy production, better focus, bigger muscle pumps, stronger nerve impulses, and stronger muscle contractions.

Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid)
Increased muscle endurance and reduced fatigue. Vitamin C also destroys free radicals created from training and other stresses, which break down nitric oxide.

Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin)
You know this one as the energy production vitamin.
